At Brazzers Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains unworn and with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
